Covid-19 Keeping you safe
RV Dealers are considered an essential business and are remaining open. During these uncertain times, safety and peace of mind are paramount for both our customers and staff. That’s why we have changed our business model around and implemented several changes to the way we typically do things.
These changes include:
- Service – Curbside dropoff and pickup
- Parts – Curbside pickup of parts. You can visit our online parts store here: Online Parts Store or call for assistance (337) 886-3330
- Sales – Implemented a shop from home program for those customers who do not wish to visit the store. Details here: Shop from home
- Practicing Social Distancing
- Split shifts have been implemented to limit the number of people in the building
- Employees are to remain in their designated work areas
- Usage of common areas/breakrooms are off-limits
- We are not doing any handshaking (which is quite foreign to us)
- We have added additional hand sanitizing stations
- Cleaning staff is wiping down workstations, common areas, doors handles, etc…multiple times a day
- If any staff exhibits symptoms of COVID-19 they are to remain home
